2. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relations between Kalissa Collection (hereinafter “the Company”) and any natural or legal person (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase via the website www.kalissacollection.com .

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

3. Products

Kalissa Collection offers simple, elegant and timeless fashion clothing and accessories .
Each product is described with the greatest care on its dedicated sheet: photos, materials, sizes, available colors, price including tax, etc.

We strive to ensure a faithful match between photos and actual products. However, slight variations may exist (e.g., color depending on screen brightness). Stocks are limited: in the event of a shortage, the customer will be informed by email with the option of replacement or refund.

4. Orders

The Customer selects the desired products on the site, adds them to their basket, chooses their delivery method (see section 5), then proceeds to payment (see section 6).

Once your order is validated, a confirmation email is automatically sent. Any validated order constitutes acceptance of the prices, descriptions, and these Terms and Conditions. The order becomes firm and final once payment has been accepted.

Hand delivery procedure:

1. The customer selects “Personal delivery” as the delivery option when validating the basket.
2. Payment is made online using available payment methods.
3. Once the order is confirmed, we will contact you within 48 hours by email or telephone to agree on a location and time slot .
   

No hand delivery will be made without prior confirmation.

Customer responsibility in case of international delivery

All customs fees, import taxes or administrative fees required upon arrival of the package in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer .

The customer is invited to inquire in advance with their local customs authorities.
Kalissa Collection cannot be held responsible for any package that is blocked, returned or overcharged due to these fees.

Receiving damaged package

If the package appears damaged upon delivery:

Refuse it immediately and indicate your reservations to the carrier .

Otherwise, contact the carrier's service within 48 hours to file an official complaint.

We will not be able to intervene or reimburse you if this procedure is not followed.

6. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on:

the weight of the package and the delivery destination

Prices adjust dynamically and are visible before payment validation . Deliveries are made by recognized carriers and offer a tracking number communicated to the customer by email upon shipment.

7. Payment

Kalissa Collection does not store any banking data. The Customer can choose the preferred payment method from those offered when confirming the order.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Non-compliant returns will not be accepted. You will have to pay the cost to recover your package.

8. Reimbursement

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the return, using the same payment method used when ordering. No exchanges are offered.

9. Defective items or ordering errors

Have you noticed a defect or error in your order?

Beyond this deadline, no claims can be taken into account .
